Inspired by the tradition of friends gathering over coffee, this is where nonprofit professionals and donors come together to share insight, explore challenges, and strengthen their impact. No slides. No fluff. Just 50 minutes of focused, thoughtful exchange every Friday.

Every Friday for 50 minutes, we meet on Zoom—48 weeks a year.
First Fridays: Cross-sector conversations with peers from across the nonprofit and philanthropic landscape.
Other Fridays: Breakout sessions by role—fundraisers with fundraisers, donors with donors, etc.—for more focused peer insight.
Each session opens with a short centering prompt or 10-minute micro-training. From there, you’ll join rotating small groups where honest, energizing conversation unfolds.
-
Everything. This is not passive learning—it’s an active, relational experience. No long slide decks. No lectures. Just real dialogue among people who do what you do or give because they believe in what you do. It’s a space to be supported, not just informed.

Because the people who hold up this sector deserve meaningful, high-quality support—and creating that kind of space takes time, care, and resources.
VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsches aren’t webinars or one-off trainings. They’re a weekly live practice in clarity, connection, and professional strength. Each session is organized and facilitated to offer real support—not more noise—and to be as accessible as possible.
Every dollar supports the mission of strengthening those who serve—so that nonprofits can lead with greater clarity, courage, and connection.
We’ve intentionally priced each session at about the cost of a cup of coffee, because we believe professional growth shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be a shared practice—sustainable, supportive, and rooted in mutual respect and shared strength.
-
Please do! For every paid annual member you refer, you’ll receive a $10 non-refundable credit toward your own membership or premium offerings. That’s okay. Come when you can. The value of this space is in the rhythm, not perfection. Even joining 2–3 times a month can be transformative. Some weeks, you’ll listen more than talk. Others, you’ll share something that sparks clarity for someone else. It all matters.
-
That’s exactly why this space exists. Whether you’re overwhelmed, under-resourced, or questioning your next step—this is a place to gather your thoughts, renew your purpose, and be reminded you’re not in this alone.
-
We’re so glad you’re here. The future of the sector depends on better alignment between givers and doers. KaffeeKlatsches are designed to include donors—not to pitch you, but to invite your voice, perspective, and partnership into the conversation. You’ll meet fellow donors and connect with nonprofit professionals in a values-led, nonpartisan space.
-
We are nonpartisan—but not apolitical. That means we don’t endorse candidates or parties, but we do speak up on the values, issues, and policies that shape the lives of the people we serve. Our commitment to nonpartisan dialogue ensures this space remains inclusive, principled, and action-oriented.
-
Because the sector is being stretched—and the old ways aren’t enough. This moment calls for clarity, courage, and community. The VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsch is a response to that call—a movement toward shared strength, collective wisdom, and the kind of connection that sustains careers and fuels causes.
-
“KaffeeKlatsch” is a nod to the German tradition of coffee and conversation—a warm, informal space to connect meaningfully. At VincentViktoria, we’ve reimagined it as a virtual gathering space for nonprofit professionals and donors to think out loud, feel supported, and rise together.
-
“Per Aspera Ad Astra, Dum Spiro Spero” is Latin for “Through hardship to the stars. While I breathe, I hope.”
It’s more than a phrase—it’s the heartbeat of the VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsch. In a time when nonprofit professionals and values-driven donors face extraordinary challenges—burnout, budget cuts, rising need—this motto reminds us that even in struggle, there’s possibility.
“Per Aspera Ad Astra” honors the resilience required to navigate hardship in service of something bigger—something luminous. “Dum Spiro Spero” centers us in hope, affirming that as long as we have breath, we have the power to act, connect, and change the world.
Together, these words reflect the spirit of the movement: grounded in reality, reaching for something better, and fueled by the quiet courage it takes to keep showing up.
