Inspired by the tradition of friends gathering over coffee, this is where nonprofit professionals and donors come together to share insight, explore challenges, and strengthen their impact. No slides. No fluff. Just 50 minutes of focused, thoughtful exchange every Friday.

KaffeeKlatsches are for nonprofit professionals, values-aligned donors, board members, and community champions alike. Whether you lead programs, raise funds, manage operations, teach, serve on a board, or invest in social good—this is a space for you. Everyone who cares about strengthening the nonprofit sector is welcome.

Every Friday for 50 minutes, we meet on Zoom—48 weeks a year.

• First Fridays: Cross-sector conversations with peers from across the nonprofit and philanthropic landscape.

• Other Fridays: Breakout sessions by role—fundraisers with fundraisers, donors with donors, etc.—for more focused peer insight.

Each session opens with a short centering prompt or 10-minute micro-training. From there, you’ll join rotating small groups where honest, energizing conversation unfolds.

Everything. This is not passive learning—it’s an active, relational experience. No long slide decks. No lectures. Just real dialogue among people who do what you do or give because they believe in what you do. It’s a space to be supported, not just informed.
