We Rise Together
The nonprofit sector is facing a crisis.
Across the country, tens of thousands of nonprofit jobs have been lost. Federal funding streams are drying up. Organizations that once raised six figures for their missions are now struggling to bring in a fraction of that. And all the while, demand for services continues to rise—from food assistance to mental health, housing, education, and beyond.
This isn’t a temporary funding dip. It’s a structural shift.
What was once sustained by public investment is now being handed—quietly, steadily—back to communities. As the role of government recedes, nonprofits and private donors are being asked to carry the weight. But the math doesn’t always work. Families and institutions alike are being asked to fill in the gaps—often with the exact same resources, and now higher stakes.
And yet, the answer isn’t to do more with less. It’s to get stronger together.
We created VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsch in response to this moment—a moment that demands clarity, courage, and community across every corner of the sector. It’s a virtual gathering where nonprofit professionals, donors, and changemakers come together to find answers, listen, reflect, mobilize, and grow. …and not through top-down training, but through relational engagement, honest conversation, shared insight, and collective resolve.
This is professional development. And it’s also a call to alignment.
Every Friday. 50 Minutes. 48 weeks a year.
First Fridays are devoted to sector-wide conversations—bringing together nonprofit professionals and donors in shared space. These sessions create room for asking questions, understanding, dialogue, and partnership across roles. We don’t come to pitch or persuade—we come to present our challenges, listen, learn, and link arms in service of something larger than any single mission.
On the remaining Fridays each month, the circle narrows intentionally. Fundraisers meet with fundraisers. Program leaders with program leaders. Donors with donors. Marketing professionals with marketing professionals. Et cetera. These role-based peer circles are designed to foster candor, reflection, and rejuvenation in trusted company—spaces where challenges can be named without hesitation, and solutions can surface organically.
We hold these boundaries gently but firmly, because psychological safety matters. Each format has its purpose. And all are grounded in the belief that honest connection is the engine of sector resilience.
Together, we form a constellation of shared strength, creative action, and quiet power.
By joining, you gain weekly access to peers who understand the pressures you face—and the promise you carry. You’ll find fresh ideas, focused support, and the kind of deep-rooted community that renews your clarity, confidence, and direction.
We can’t meet this moment alone. But we can meet it—together.
Rooted in the Warm, Informal Tradition of Friends Gathering Over Coffee, a Kaffee Klatsch is a Space to Share Stories and Connect.
At VincentViktoria, we’ve reimagined this concept for the entire nonprofit ecosystem—including nonprofit professionals, donors, funders, and community champions. In a moment when the lines between giver and doer are blurring, we believe connection is more vital than ever. The most meaningful insight doesn’t always come from a formal training or keynote speech—it often comes from honest, real-time conversations across roles, perspectives, and lived experience.
That’s why we created VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsches: weekly virtual gatherings where people who care about the future of the sector come together to ask questions, connect, reflect, and rise—together. This isn’t a webinar. It’s not a class. It’s a living community of practice grounded in curiosity, humility, and shared responsibility.

Why Join?
Professional Development Isn’t a Luxury—It’s Your Leverage.
When you invest in yourself, your team, and your network of peers and partners, you invest in the long-term capacity of the entire sector.
When you step back to ask questions and learn, you step forward with more clarity.
And when you grow, we all rise together.
In the whirlwind of nonprofit work, it’s easy to put yourself last. Urgent needs, tight deadlines, and endless to-do lists often crowd out space for reflection, connection, and growth. But the truth is, stepping away for just 50 minutes each week to join a VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsch isn’t a luxury—it’s a strategy. It’s a rhythm worth building into your life.
Professional development doesn’t happen at a single conference or in a one-off workshop. It happens incrementally—week by week—through thoughtful dialogue, exposure to fresh perspectives, and shared problem-solving with people who understand the complexity of this work. Sometimes that’s a fellow fundraiser. Sometimes it’s a donor. Sometimes it’s someone who challenges your thinking from a completely different angle—but shares your deep commitment to impact.
That’s what makes these gatherings different. We’re not just growing ourselves—we’re building bridges. Across roles. Across experience levels. Across the giver–doer divide that too often keeps us siloed when we should be aligned.
But showing up takes discipline. Especially when you’re worn down, or uncertain, or simply overwhelmed. It can feel easier to skip. Yet these are precisely the moments when showing up matters most. The KaffeeKlatsches are designed to be safe, welcoming, and generative—not draining. Some weeks you’ll listen more than you speak. Some weeks you’ll surprise yourself with insight. Either way, it becomes a weekly practice—a grounding pause that strengthens your focus and reminds you: you are not in this alone.
This is your time. Whether you lead a program, lead a campaign, or lead with your giving—don’t let the urgent eclipse the essential. Make the commitment to show up. Add the KaffeeKlatsch to your calendar, and treat it like the vital appointment it is. You’ll be amazed at how much lighter, smarter, and more supported you feel—week by week.
But I don’t have time.
The real question isn’t: Do I have time?
It’s: Can I afford to keep running on empty?
You don’t need a full day away or another degree. Sometimes a single hour of insight, shared struggle, or fresh perspective can reframe your entire week.
But I don’t have the budget.
Professional development doesn’t have to break the bank. Some of the most powerful growth happens in community-based, accessibly priced spaces where learning flows peer-to-peer, not just top-down. The most valuable resource we have right now is each other. And VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsches are priced like your favorite cup of coffee or your favorite monthly subscription—not a luxury retreat.
Whether you’re moving dollars or moving mountains, your development takes intention. These gatherings help you grow—together, with others who understand the stakes.
In these times of change and complexity, we don’t just need better tools.
We need each other.

They’re Not Just Rules, They’re What Help Our Community to Thrive and Grow.
The Community Standards are a foundation for trust and belonging. In a space built on vulnerability, shared challenges, and honest conversation, these standards ensure that every participant feels respected, heard, and safe. They reinforce our collective commitment to kindness, curiosity, confidentiality, and integrity—principles that allow us to show up fully, speak openly, and support one another with generosity. Especially in a sector where burnout is high and support can be scarce, these guidelines protect the spirit of the gatherings and preserve the sense of care and professionalism that makes this movement so meaningful.

Per Aspera Ad Astra, Dum Spiro Spero.
VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsch is more than a meetup — we want it to be a movement. We’re building Stellar and Interstellar Connections across the Independent Sector, lighting up the nonprofit universe with insight, friendship, collective power, and enduring hope. Our vision is to create Stellar Connections — deep peer bonds — and Interstellar Networks — cross-sector collaborations — to strengthen the entire nonprofit ecosystem, particularly at a time when funding cuts, burnout, and social fragmentation are threatening the sector’s resilience. Our voices are vital, and we’re committed to nonpartisan dialogue — because being nonpartisan doesn’t mean being silent or apolitical; it means speaking up with integrity, courage, and clarity on the issues that affect the people and communities we serve.
Through Hardship To the Stars — While I Breathe I Hope
We’re Just Getting Started — And You’re Here at the Beginning.
We’re so glad you’re here at the start of this bold new space for nonprofit professionals — welcome to VincentViktoria KaffeeKlatsch. We’re in the soft launch phase now, building week by week toward our official Founding Member kickoff on Friday, August 8th. That means your early presence truly matters — and your voice will help shape what this space becomes.
As we grow, you may find yourself in smaller groups at first. That’s not a drawback — it’s a gift. These early conversations will be more intimate, more personal, and often more powerful. Over time, as more nonprofit professionals and donors join us, the energy and exchange will only expand. But this moment — right now — is the foundation.
As a thank-you for pre-registering, you’ll receive our 31-Day Nonprofit Reflection Deck—a beautiful, downloadable resource to help you stay grounded, inspired, and resilient through the challenges and opportunities ahead.
Stick with us. Share your experience. Invite your peers. Tell us what you want. We’re building something meaningful here: a nationwide constellation of nonprofit professionals and donors supporting one another, and the people we serve, with purpose and generosity.
We’re so glad you’re here.
